Typical Selections

Which models for which facility

Fusion (D–T): TA20 for rooms, TG30/TG10 for gloveboxes and the fuel cycle, TS40 on exhaust, TP20 + TW10 for surveys. See our fusion tritium monitoring overview.

Heavy-water reactor: TA20 area monitors, TS40 on ventilation, TP20 for surveys.

Light-water reactor: TP20 surveys with TA20 at fixed points.

DOE / national laboratory: TG30 gloveboxes, TA20/TA30 rooms, TS40 stacks, TW10 surfaces.

Not sure which form factor fits your sampling point? Our guide to choosing a tritium monitor walks through the decision, and the DAC unit converter helps translate between µCi/m³, Bq/m³ and DAC.
