You own the design. Send drawings, 3D models, BOM and specifications. We review for manufacturability, quote, build a first article, test it against your acceptance criteria and then run production.
Design to your requirements
You know the performance you need: airflow, efficiency, contaminant, dimensions, power, standards. Our engineers propose a design, you approve drawings and test plans, and we build and test it.
Our designs, your brand
Start from a proven Iodine Air Systems product (air carts, adsorber cells, carbon, test systems, monitors) and adapt it: your label, colors, voltage, options and documentation.

Testing built into the machine
We do not only test products at the factory. We can build test and monitoring functions into the equipment itself, so your operators can verify performance in the field without extra instruments or modifications.
Differential pressure and airflow
Gauges or transmitters across each filter stage, airflow measurement and low-flow alarms, so filter loading and fan performance are visible at a glance.
Test ports and sample canisters
Upstream and downstream aerosol injection and sampling ports for in-place HEPA leak testing, and carbon test canisters for periodic adsorbent sampling.
Integrated radiation monitoring
Tritium ionization-chamber modules and other detectors mounted in the unit, reading concentration at the inlet or outlet.
Alarms, logging and PLC output
Local alarms, data logging and Modbus or relay outputs to your control system, configured to your set points.
One integrated unit replaces a filtration machine plus separate test instruments. It arrives with the instruments calibrated, wired and tested together, and ships with one set of documents.

Every shipment includes the agreed test reports, a certificate of conformance and a packing list. You can witness first-article testing in person or by video.
From drawing to delivery: our process
- Inquiry and NDA. Send drawings or requirements. We sign your NDA or ours before any files change hands.
- Engineering review. We check manufacturability, materials, standards and test requirements, and list open questions.
- Quotation. Price, lead time, tests, documents and delivery terms in one written quotation, in USD.
- Prototype / first article. We build the first unit or first batch and test it to the agreed plan.
- Your approval. You review the test report and photos, or witness testing, before production is released.
- Production and inspection. Production to the approved configuration, with in-process and final inspection.
- Documents and shipment. Test reports, certificate of conformance and packing list with every shipment; FOB or delivered terms.

What does Iodine Air Systems manufacture as an OEM?
Nuclear and critical-facility air filtration and related hardware: HEPA and iodine adsorber air carts, filter housings and adsorber cells, impregnated activated carbon, carbon and filter test systems, decontamination coatings, radiation-monitoring integration and tritium handling hardware. We build to your drawings, design to your requirements, or supply our own designs under your brand.
Can you build to our drawings?
Yes. Send drawings, models, BOM and specifications under NDA. We review manufacturability, quote, build a first article and test it against your acceptance criteria before production.
Can you design a product from our requirements?
Yes. Give us the performance targets, dimensions, power, operating conditions and applicable standards. We propose a design and test plan for your approval, then build and test it.
Can we put our own brand on your products?
Yes. Existing Iodine Air Systems products can be supplied under your label, with your colors, voltage, options and documentation.
What testing do you provide?
Radioiodine carbon performance (methyl iodide efficiency on our own rig and cyclohexane screening), carbon physical properties, and airflow, pressure-drop and leak checks on assemblies. Tests your spec requires beyond that are run by accredited third-party laboratories, and the quotation says which is which.
Who owns the design and drawings?
For build-to-print work, you do. For designs we develop to your requirements, ownership and licensing are agreed in writing in the quotation or contract. NDAs are signed before files are exchanged.
What is your minimum order quantity and lead time?
We quote single prototypes, pilot lots and production runs. Lead time depends on design status, materials and testing, and is stated in writing on every quotation.
Can you supply safety-related (NQA-1) nuclear items?
We supply commercial-grade items with test reports and certificates of conformance, and support the purchaser's commercial-grade dedication with critical-characteristic data. We do not claim an NQA-1 or 10 CFR 50 Appendix B program.
Can you build test instruments into the equipment?
Yes. We integrate differential pressure and airflow measurement, in-place HEPA test ports, carbon sample canisters, radiation monitoring modules, alarms, data logging and Modbus or relay outputs into the unit, calibrated and tested together before shipment.
Where are products manufactured, and how are they shipped?
Products are built by Iodine Air Systems and its manufacturing partners. Country of origin is stated on every quotation and on product marking. We ship FOB or on delivered terms, and export-controlled items ship only with the required licenses.
